Feckless Friday

The first full day of solo vacation was a day that was lost. As I sit down to regale you with tale of it, I find myself somewhat at a loss as to what happened. I know that I got a solid sleep and that I skipped out on breakfast. I fired up my computer first thing, probably five minutes after getting out of bed and I played the Soviet campaign of C&C. I ripped through twelve of the fourteen missions and started to get stuck on the pentultimate task. I wasted maybe an hour on it before I took a respite to break my fast. The only problem was that it was three bells past noon! Whoops, guess I got a little engrossed in what I was doing. I realized then that I hadn’t had any water or gotten out of my chair in that entire time period either. Yikes. I warmed up various dishes from the China Wok feast after painstakingly pulling the onions out. Those slimey, gross little wedges were thrown in the trash. Speaking of trash, I missed putting the lone bag of garbage out on the curb due to my engrossment. I got the food up to a lukewarm temperature before I started diving into it. The dishes we mixed together had congruent flavours which helped to divide things up into the dishes you see here. The rice was basically a hard puck that I had to carve up to consume but otherwise it was pretty good on the second round. There were a couple of hidden onion chunks that I avoided. I appreciate the giant size of them, makes them easier to pick out. After consuming such a pile I sat down and watched some YouTube videos before getting back on the computer to meet up with some friends to battles our foes. It was a pretty early night.
