Ship Shape Thursday

Well, things are getting back into the normal routine finally after the dreaded Farm Show and it's dirty cleanup operations. My lawn got cut for the first time in September. My house is slowly but surely getting cleaned back up to it's normal proud state. All this needs to be expedited however, as the harvest life freeze is looming around the corner. And by corner I of course mean weekend. This will be the last one I can have unless it's raining until we're done the main thrust of harvest. It's not as perilous as years past yet, things seem to be moving at a nice relaxed pace which is what I've been craving. A nice relaxed series of events, not like when you get a warning from your phone that your storage is full and you need to manage items to allow the phone to operate correctly. Most people might go out and buy a memory card but I don't see a slot to put one so in lieu of that sensible option, I madly sorted through photos and videos. Madly deleting things. It's funny how you can rationalize perfectly good memories or plans for photos in such a time of crisis. Half my summer just disappeared in about ten minutes. Don't worry, I'm not rash enough to just axe everything mercilessly. I backed up most of it, I think... I did notice the ballooned size of some of the apps on my phone and was disappointed there. Many that I have as a just in case option are huge. It is really hard to justify them until I need them. Then production grinds to a halt like an old rusty brake drum finally getting purchase and squealing to a resounding stand still. Alas, I'm back in compliance. Armed now with the knowledge that 5GB is not an endless supply of memory on a poor little phone. Maybe I'll be due for an upgrade soon. Until then....well probably before.....good day. I said good day!
