Full R&R

Today was beautiful. There isn’t much to say. I woke up late and then lingered in my bed for a couple hours watching YouTube and generally getting caught up on things that I waste my life at. Next I went and worked on getting caught up on some Musings. My STL sister who couldn’t join us due to the pandemic was on my case to get things posted so she could read about the minutia of what we did while spending some time together. That took much longer than I would have expected and it was nearly noon by the time I got things completed. Turns out that it’s kinda hard work to run a website sometimes. Like when you fall behind daily posts. I should remind you (cause no one else will) that I’ve posted something daily since April 17, 2020. That’s a really long time! I don’t know how to stop now. Eventually I will but I don’t want to yet. When I had got myself caught up and told the interested parties I flipped over to podcasts and playing my Microsoft Solitaire Collection challenges. I was well back on those also. I nearly got all of June wrapped up before my tummy took the wheel and decided it was time to eat. I grabbed a couple of things of leftovers and warmed them together on a plate. Here you can see the excess leftover filling from the Deuce Logs and some chinese food leftovers. A tasty combination that mixed well together.

After eating I made my way to the basement. There I fired up Farming Simulator 19 and moved ahead with my plans. I got all my fields of soybean harvested and then planted back to canola. That took me over five hours of real life time to do. I was able to put a big chunk of crop in the bins and now I’ll speculate on the price before I decide to haul and sell it so that I get the best price. I didn’t have time to do that because it was nearly seven by the time I wrapped that up and I had to get to my office and get setup for the postponed D&D night. There was a potential issue looming but we were all on before eight and got our game in. We wasted a bunch of time apparently asking stupid questions and trying to get more information than available about what to do next, we really didn’t have a next step planned. Turns out that was all for naught, we just had to talk to an old man and he got us moving on the next leg of our journey. Our GM warned us that it’s going to be pedal to the metal, breakneck speed for the rest of the time now. We did get the ability to travel by portal so no more trudging along, it’s go time! That wrapped up around ten and after some light interneting I shut it down and moved on into sleep. It was a very relaxing day.
