More Lefties

Here I am again with something exciting to report except what I ate. In the big cooking spree I went on to produce yesterday’s post, I also mixed up another pre-made bowl of fun. I threw together some chicken breast that was cooked way in advance with a bag of frozen pasta primevera. I sprinkled in some steamed green beans as well. I squeezed on the last of my bacon ranch salad dressing and mixed it up in a big bowl. It tasted much saltier than I would have expected, having added no salt to anything but the chicken when I cooked it. Since I’m notorious for under seasoning rather than over seasoning, I was a tinge mystified what happened. It wasn’t to an excessive level where it was inedible, but it was noticed. I crushed that in lieu of breakfast then had a Stouffer’s Bistro at 3pm. Dinner is going to be late and light. Expecting drinks to follow.
