Lazy Sunday
Cheese and I made plans to kick it on Sunday. His dog and wife had made plans to attend a "puppy romp" on the other side of my town so he got dropped off and we had a few hours to record a Conversation. The end result was a two part episode that will be released fully by the middle of this month. We lollied around and chatted then when Two Glasses of Wine and Morley returned we did a self thought exercise from a tome that Cheese had brought. It was interesting to complete in a group setting. Basically Cheese asked questions about how we feel, handle or thought about things and we answered. It is meant to help you understand how you work. It was fun and interesting to learn. They eventually departed to feed themselves and their pup and I made similar arrangements. The rest of the day is a blur, I'm not entirely sure what transpired and it wasn't long enough ago that that is okay. I do know that I retired early, consciously so. I've been trying to shift my circadian rhythm back to something that will help me feel more awake at work. So far, so good. Things are progressing slowly in the preparations for the field. I've said all spring that I feel like I'm two weeks behind and it appears that is where we're going to land, two weeks later than usual. I'm hoping that all the seed arrives soon and we can finish sorting it and be ready to go when the weather is. For now it's cold and wet and appears to be set on that for at least the rest of the week. At least the lawn is gussied up right?
