Terrific Tugboat Tuesday

I should clarify the title, it's not the day that I'm pleased with, more the evening. Also, sidebar, is it becoming obvious that I write the titles before I write the actual posts? It should be. Anyways, it was a unique evening. First time in many, many years that a reunion took place. The Estimator was in town, much earlier than anticipated as it turned out, and so was Brown, by special invite from the Tugboat himself. Our three heroes met over drinks and dinner at a local establishment and headed back to the Harbour for some additional merriment. Laughing and reminiscing put smiles on everyone's faces. Brown had to drive so he only had a beer or two over the span of the visit, which was longer than predicted. The Estimator was staying over so we each had a touch more than six bottles of Lug-Tread, our beer of choice for our meetings. This left us quite drunk. Luckily we were quick about the drinking aspect and could still get to sleep at a decent hour. Independently we mentioned Bon Cop, Bad Cop and as such felt we needed to watch it. We barely paid attention though with our lively discussion and inevitable game of where are they now on Facebook. Brown drove the discussion. It was interesting to see where people ended up. Brown eventually departed, citing a big day upcoming and the Estimator and the Tugboat bedded down in their respective corners of the Harbour for the night. The morning came quickly and with it saw the departure of the Estimator and that was that. A very quick visit with many good laughs and memories. Just like this post!
