Three Straight!
Three straight is a winning streak! I'm winning! Actually, let's be real, it's probably you who are winning. In your dank, dark basement room. Lit only by the small fifteen inch screen of your laptop that you huddle over, trying to get your fix of what the Tugboat has been digging into. Books stacked high on the shelves around you. You call it an office but really it has become a dumping ground for your books, your old clothes and the pieces of furniture that don't fit into your evolved life but you're not quite ready to part with, looking at you Lazy-Boy. Or maybe you're in a brightly lit office space, your cubicle walls trying to ward off a cavalcade of distraction and judgement in vain as you quickly squeeze in a peek into the Tugboat's journey, all the while with your fingers hovered over the tab and alt keys for a quick switch back to something work related. Or alternatively, you're reading this on your phone on public transportation on your way to/from work/school, music pumping into your ears as you attempt to distract all your senses of the drudgery and human wasteland that is public transport. Or you're reading in the toilet. Those are the only places people read phones I suspect. So you pick, one or the other! Maybe toss waiting rooms in there too, that is a viable third horse in this race. IT shouldn't have to be a one or the other choice. Either way, I imagine my readers how I'd like so you're going to have go ahead and deal with that. The point is, the victory is yours, take it gracefully.
Down to brass tacks, I caught up on my regular Sunday shows, if you don't know what they are by now you have some reading to do in one of the situations described above. They both exceeded expectations, again. I don't know if TV can keep up its torrid pace of excellence. It's a golden age we are in right now by all accounts. I wonder if each successive generation has that sentiment for the happenings of their era? I often swing back to thinking about perspective. Remember that other time when I mentioned the poor puppy? You don't?!? You really do have catching up to do. I hope you can get it together soon. This isn't a Phil Collins song! I can dance! Huh?
Third paragraph tonight, he must be on meth. I'm not on meth. I apparently just had more to say tonight. Or I'm having a conversation with myself so it takes up twice as much space. That might not be entirely true. I think I've been missing my partner in crime Cheese and our podcasting times. Not sure what I mean? Better look at the Conversations tab. We're working on carving out some time to knock some down this week. We've lacked content for two weeks now so it will be good to get back after it. Life has gotten tremendously busy for both of us lately but we'll back. Mark my words.....
