Good Ol' Days

It finally happened! Some little filly finally calmed the wild stallion that is Ronny Ronkman. He's locked down now! In reality he has been happily ensconced for quite sometime now. Nearly a decade, if you are willing to round to the nearest decade. With his lover and companion he brought a lovely and hilariously cantankerous baby girl into the world. Now he has tied the knot, the marriage knot. I was there. I saw it all! It was in a lovely art gallery over that way. They had a nice ceremony topped with a tasty meal. No dancing, the place closed at 9pm so you aint' gotta go home but you gotta get the hell out of here! We went back to the Booj's home to let the lovers revel in their bliss, if you know what I mean. At the apartment we sucked back some of the Beer Guys beer until we were mildly intoxicated. Tugboat docked early as he anticipated working for the entirety of the next day. This premonition came to fruition. A self fulfilling prophecy if I ever saw one. As the day progressed it was evident that we would finish our small plot corn harvest. This is the portion that we combine ourselves. We got it all done and put away before the light rains started to fall.

The fellas met me back at the Harbour as I finished work. We had a nice family dinner at the local Wendy's, the one that once served Alan Thicke. After eating and purchasing the all important chiiiiiiiiiiippppppsssss, we returned to the Harbour. We started watching the Lord's team play but they soon lost our interest and instead that was donated wholeheartedly to a game of beer pong. The rules were altered by the Beer Guy and it saw him and Cheese falling in defeat. Only a lot of beer was spilled in the process. This lead a rigorous bout of the "dogs". NHL15 for the those of you not in the know. We played until we got sleepy and drunk. This ended an evening that was reminiscent of the good old days enjoyed in the Consulate at the Royal City. It brought back so many memories and a mild hangover. Eventually we ate and cleaned up. Beer Guy and Booj got on the road and left Cheese and I to pontificate on some topics.
