Full On Monday

New week, new month but mostly everything remains the same. The schedule was full for this one to be sure. To exacerbate things I slept in a bit. Breakfast was normal. I did dress up a touch, including one of my newly branded golf shirts. Because it was new I took it off to eat breakfast, somehow that made me feel like a criminal to eat breakfast in just an undershirt. First meeting flew by and ended early. That lead to extra time that I used to call into an option Ask Me Anything with leadership. I asked them nothing and also learned nothing. From there it was into AgTech, an internal conference normally held in STL at great expense and ceremony. Virtual now. But they did send out some snacks for people to enjoy. It was even gift wrapped!

I enjoyed the general session into lunch, where I moved to my beleaguered iPad while I ate. I had to hop off to attend another meeting in the afternoon where a group of us met with a NA contact for an hour then had our regular meeting for ninety minutes behind that. The finish off I had a regular meeting with my boss. We ran long, almost until five. Then I got a call from a co-worker I work close with and we chatted until six. Long day. Because it was late I didn’t want to have a heavy meal and ruin my pending sleep further. I elected to have a Stouffers Bistro panini, the usual kind. The evening was pretty tame. I watched my YouTube videos for a bit and listened to some podcasts. Very low energy leading to an early bedtime.
