Chef Day

Today is the Chef’s birthday and also my aunt's birthday. I contacted them both to give them my well wishes. It took two attempts to get the Chef on the line. I definitely woke him up and I don’t regret it. Sooner he is up, the longer he gets to enjoy his big day. I happened to have started good and early and ended up with an early McBreakfast. A move that enabled me to skip groceries again. Not sure if that is ideal or not. Instead of living my life, I started work early. Work went well. Lunch was a Mr Noodle three way. Two chicken and spicy chicken. What a treat! The afternoon went fairly slowly. Towards the end I took the chance to watch a training video that was taped the previous week to get caught up. It was over an hour and got me through to the end of the day. I was planning to go to the Chef’s place to drop off something of a gift while he was out for dinner but started to feel down so stayed in, order chicken bites and a quesadilla and played some NHL20. After winning my playoff round I retired early listening to my Outlander audiobook. Things were getting exciting in the story so I plan to do that until sleep shows up.
