Unremarkable

Today was a very slow day for anything exciting. I had my usually breakfast and an unexciting lunch and a snack rather than supper. I hammered away at work all day, my mundane task only being broken up by the soup and spring mix salad at lunch and a pair of phone calls at a couple points during the day. It was a pretty productive workday for that reason. I got more than half the way through my big annual files and got a bunch of sales data loaded where it goes so I can start setting some meetings up. I ended up at the helm later than usual because I put the Leaf game on at my desk on another device and had that ripping quietly for the first two periods before calling it on work and descending to my lair to watch the end of a spirited match. It was bittersweet though as the hometown hero of my current postal code went down with a very scary injury. I hope he is going to be okay. (Update: he is out of hospital and going to miss some time but nothing life threatening.) when the game ended I had my aforementioned snack later in the evening than Oprah would like and then dawdled and fooled in time until bedtime. Which was early. I got into sleep quick. Nice, unremarkable day.
