So Much Chicken
I thought I’d share another one with. This is just a regular lunch. I have had some issue getting soup in these trying times but every time my favourite kind is there waiting for me. It’s from Campbell’s, Creamy Thai Chicken. It’s got spice, chunks of real chicken and is quite hearty. I also like to dip crusty bread in it. I very much enjoy that it’s usually there for me on the store shelf. To accompany my soup I like to crush 10-15 salted top crackers into it. Some people call them saltines, but who am I to judge. For the samidge component of the meal I opted to pull apart some chicken breasts and toss them in some shredded cheese before wrapping the gooey mess up in a wrap with some various sauces. It was one of the better renditions of a sandwich component that I’ve had a go at for such a regular lunch. One thing this global shutdown is getting me back to the kitchen.
