Another Manic Monday

Sunday was so slow I didn't even get a chance to fire my thoughts into the heart of the interweb. With no confirmed regulars I'm still going to flog this hog and fill it to the brim with my nonsense. Someday someone will find it like a message in a bottle and it will nourish them briefly with a glimpse inside a different world. Obviously, any world other than their own should be considered to be different, isn't it?

I got back on the road today, getting those deals signed means leaving the nest. It's the first foray into the outside world after pupating in my cocoon all winter. I've done all the necessary preparation to date and now it's time to spread my wings and fly. Next week I'll start the slow move back into my field office and then if the weather cooperates I'll be able to get an early start at my summer. Due to certain constraints it would appear that our program should be marginally smaller but that will signal to everyone that we're available for side projects. Way she goes I guess. Either way, it was nice to knock some rust off and get out there.

I'm nearing the end of X-Files season one at long last. Doing this series is going to be a challenge. So many long episodes per season. I hope the paces picks up. I'm watching other shows too which makes it difficult. Still haven't found a binge slot for the big ticket program with Frank Underwood. That will be a time consuming project. Now that I've been gifted access to a Netflix account I have full access to hours of madness. My new sense of self control will be put to the test in the coming months. Is sleep important?

Just in case my mother reads this, I deep cleaned the top two floors of my house on Sunday. Spring cleaning has begun!
